Traditional ship from Denmark in 2nd hand The Ylva is a modern, elegant interpretation of the archipelago cruiser – slim, light and fast. With her low displacement and generous sail area, she can reach impressive speeds of up to eight knots upwind. The Ylva celebrated great regatta successes in the 1970s, was further developed in 1976 and won again. A total of 89 boats were built by the end of the 1980s. Today it is an active one-size-fits-all class in Denmark with regular regattas. Its closed rear panel in the cockpit gives it more feeling of space and the large storage space aft is accessible via two hatches. The 15m carbon mast makes it lighter and faster.
