Candela C-8, 100% eléctrico con sistema de hidrofoils retraibles. El modo de navegacion mas eficiente a velocidades de planeo, un 80% de ahorro de energia a 22 nudos comparado con un barco de planeo.
Motor de 45 kW (C-POD) y batería de 45/69 kW y una autonomía de 40/57 millas náuticas (a 22 nudos, velocidad de crucero).
Velocidad máxima 27 nudos.
Velocidad de despegue (con sistema hidrofoil completamente extendido) a partir de los 16 nudos.
Posibilidad de subir los sistemas de hidrofoil para poner el barco en modo planeo (como cualquier otro barco convencional) reduciendo su velocidad y su rango de distancia.
Altura de olas máxima para modo hidrofoil; olas de hasta 1.2 metros. En caso de ser olas más grandes el barco cambiará a modo planeo automáticamente.
La carga de batería admite 11kW AC (4 horas carga completa en trifásico y 12 horas carga completa en monofásico) y DC 120 kW (10-80% en 40 minutos).

ENGLISH Description
Candela C-8, 100% electric with a completely retractable hydrofoil system. The most efficient navigation method at planing speeds, 80% of energy savings compared to a planing boat at 22 knots.
The engine (C-POD) has 45kW and the battery can range from 45-69 kW (depending on the model) and it can achieve a range of 40/57 nautical miles (at its cruising speed of 22 knots).
Maximum speed between 27/30 knot.
Takeoff speed starts at 16 knot (with the foiling system fully extended in foiling mode).
The hydrofoils are fully retractable and can also be placed in planning position which gives you the possibility to sail Candela like any other conventional motor boat, (but reducing its speed and range).
It can foil comfortably through a maximum lenght of 1.2 metre waves, if any bigger than this the boat will automatically switch onto planning mode.
Charging docks admit 11 kW AC (4 hour full charge in three-phase and 12 hours full charge in mono-phase) and also admits DC 120 kW (10-80% in 40 minutes).
