Remarks:
The boat is currently located in Brandenburg an der Havel and can be visited all around.
This very well-maintained first-hand houseboat is a catamaran houseboat made according to the seller's wishes.
In addition to the decks in the front and stern areas, the upper deck, which is reached from the stern via a stable spiral staircase, invites you to linger.
The usable area here is 20 sq.m., the area of the bow terrace is 11.75 sq.m. and the stern terrace is 6.25 sq.m.
The interior area covers 36.5 sqm, divided into a salon with kitchen stretch, 2 bedrooms, 2 sanitary rooms (2 toilets, 1 large shower) and a hallway from bow to stern.
Due to the very good wall insulation and double-glazed windows and doors of the houseboat and the hot-air gas heating, it can also be used in colder temperatures.
The energy source for the 2-burner stove and oven is propane gas.
The fridge/freezer combination (155l/94l), the coffee machine and the hot water boiler are electrically operated.
The on-board electrical system is operated either with 12 V or by means of an inverter over 230 V.
The 12 V electrical system is powered by two solar panels, and the 4 batteries on board are also charged when the engines are running. Thus, the boat can be used completely self-sufficiently.
A maximum speed of 17 km/h can be achieved. When driving slower, the range is about 200 km. Due to the current-optimized floats, a very good straight-line stability is achieved.
Due to the hydraulic steering system and the bow thruster, the boat is very easy to maneuver.
In rainy weather, the driver's platform can be protected with a transparent inclined roller blind.
The pontoons are manually made of 13-ply GRP and contain all tanks. They are accessible via 4 entrances, so that objects or drinks can be stored here. Due to the inflow tunnel in the stern area, the engines could be arranged behind the pontoons, i.e. far apart, which has a positive effect on maneuverability.
The use of wood was deliberately avoided on the outer walls, which makes the boat very easy to maintain.
The decks are lined with easy-care WPC, the interior with vinyl.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets so that the interior is also protected mainly at night.
The boat is secured by an alarm system.
For the winter months, the boat has so far been craned ashore and parked on Euro pallets belonging to the boat.
The boat is sold with complete equipment, which is composed as follows:

Driver's cab made of GRP with echo sounder, speed measurement
