The Bavaria Sport 34 HT not only convinces with its handling. Rather, the whole concept is right, the interplay between life on board - be it in the port or at anchor - and the possibilities on the way. The construction of the hardtop is ideal for our latitudes. Attached bathing platforms often look like foreign objects - not so with the Bavaria Sport 34 HT. On the contrary, the extension of the boat helps to make the line look even more elegant and really "finished".

The directional stability in planing is also pleasant - you are almost tempted to hold the steering wheel a little loosely in your hand. An important aspect in this context is the (optional) swim platform extension. It is attached aft to the hull with a solid construction and extends the boat by 90 cm to 11.70 m overall length. Above all, however, it gives the 34 HT a generosity that is rarely achieved in this boat class. Of course, it must be taken into account that the 11.70 m corresponds to a 38-foot yacht.

The sun lounger in front of the bathing platform measures - when the aft backrest of the USitzbank is folded forward - an impressive 2.0 x 1.70 m. Underneath are a large storage space accessible from aft and the electrically opening engine compartment with access from the cockpit.

4 to 5 people can comfortably sit on the port side U-shaped bench seat, and the table is pleasingly solid thanks to two table legs. The wetbar opposite is equipped with a sink and running water. Directly in front of it is the longitudinally adjustable driver's seat. The steering wheel and gearshift sit well in the hand, all displays are clearly arranged and can be read without any problems. On the port side next to the driver there is an extremely successful and comfortable passenger seat and another bunk. However, this is not an option on the road, but will rather be used in the harbor or at anchor. A word about going to the foredeck: The wide gangways, the solid railing and the handrails on the hardtop provide support and safety.
