the Vessel is coming fully nice and clean, serviced and antifouled. Sort of turnkey delivery.
Everything that can be checked on such a second hand Vessel is undergoing, following the mottoe "from the anchor up front down to the last cleat astern".
- check all the doors and hinges
- check the floorings (to avoid any crackle sound)
- check windlass, chain and anchor house repaint
- check all mooring winches
- check tanks and systems for black and grey waters
- new batteries for services engines and generators + emergency radio
- Gangway Full Overhoul
- engines, generator and gearboxes: big control and big services
- electronics: deep control and several new items
- deep check of the pilot house, including the two wing side stations
- new watermaker
- big engines rooms refresh: paint bilges, renew pumps and bildge pumps...
- waterheaters check/renew
- overhould AC system and fridges
- Transom Garage Door Overhoul
- crane overhoul
- deep check (renew when needed) of external coverings and cushions
- galley and laundry domestic devices renewal
- teak: renew some planks where needed and recaulk where needed
- stabilizers deep check/overhoul
