Everything has been renewed. The carpet alone is 280euro/sq mt. Flexform sofas 22k. White leather only was 8k. Dining table with chairs nearly 25k. Plus the woodwork forniture jobs which was also a main part of the whole thing. 5) new glass/hard top: 15k in parts and manpower.
