The sauna pontoon is very stable with 5 floats á 3.50m long made of 2.5mm VA pipes with a diameter of 0.75m.
Due to its high weight, it remains very calm even in rough seas. 1 float in the middle 2 outside each. Stable cleats are welded to the front and rear of the outer floats. Unfortunately, a pontoon on the weld seam is slightly leaking, so it has to be gelled every few months. This should be sealed in the longer term. I have researched a possibility of long-term sealing of all 3 pontoons with casting foam.

The sauna is heated by a Finnish sauna heater with wood. The temperature can be controlled very well.
The pontoon is 7m x 3.5m.
The sauna is about 3mx2.5m and has good space for 4 people.
Heating is provided by a Finnish sauna heater of the brand Kastor with firewood. It also has a water tank.
There is a 25hp Yamaha 4 stroke engine mounted, this was recently completely overhauled and has only been driven briefly in the test run.
It offers sufficient safety even in bad weather and storms, but requires a motorboat license. A 15 hp engine would do it too, which is driver's license-free.

Operation set up. The terrace is covered and if you would also seal the sides, it could become a houseboat with sauna. The remaining roof can be dismantled and replaced by a roof terrace.
At the stern behind the sauna is a deck crane from a VA mast with winch mounted to the inflatable boat
salvage. The inflatable boat has a barely used 5 hp outboard, which was also recently overhauled.
On the port side is an anchor winch combined with a winch mounted.
The whole deck is made of 3.5cm thick X 3.5m long Bankkirai hardwood planks, also under the sauna.

I bought the sauna boat in 2015 from the first owner, but unfortunately I can not put it on the jetty of my property and have therefore only used it 2 times. Berth in Wieck is paid until the end of 2022 and can probably be taken over. The boat is currently jacked up on land and does not need to be craned for the winter. You can examine the substructure very well. It has an internal approval.
