The Yamarin 80 Day Cruiser combines the best features of a day cruiser with a walkaround in an innovative way.
The Yamarin 80 DC differs from typical Nordic day cruisers and also from Yamarin's other models mainly in the design of the bow deck, which allows access to the boat from the side. Access from the sheltered open seating area to the bow is on the port side, while access on most modern day cruisers is usually in the middle of the boat.
Behind the opening windshield and the door of the new model, a recessed and protected passage leads to the bow and is protected by a railing. Otherwise, the bow deck is completely flat, so that it can be easily moved in the bow when mooring. It is also an excellent place for a sun lounger. The side access to the bow also allowed for a larger opening of the bow cabin door compared to conventional solutions. This makes it easier to move between the bow cabin and the open space.
The Yamarin 80 DC has a spacious bow cabin for sleeping, which is very well lit thanks to the large hull windows. There is also an opening hatch on the deck. On the port side, under the recessed gangway, there is a comfortable divan with beautiful views from the adjacent hull window. In addition, there is a separate, spacious toilet in the bow. From the bow cabin, there is also access to another spacious sleeping cabin, located under the open space, where two adults can sleep comfortably.
The real heart of the boat, however, is the spacious open space, where up to eight people can socialize comfortably. The pantry on the port side is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and sink, as well as good storage facilities. During cooking, the pantry lid opens to form a convenient countertop. The size of the social area in the open space of the boat increases significantly when the backrest of the skipper's double bench is folded forward. The backrest of the sofa in the rear can also be folded down and turns into a sun lounger.
The Yamarin Q Smart Display is an integral part of the boat, as is the Yamaha F300 V6 outboard. Standard equipment includes a 16-inch Q-display with electronic navigation charts from Navionics, and a dual display is optional.
The Yamarin 80 DC has a clear cockpit equipped with designated spaces for screens, Yamaha gauges and the joystick that controls the engine, as well as a charging port for phones.
In addition to easy access from the bow, the boat also offers unobstructed and shallow passage from the stern. The swim platforms are covered with non-slip soft deck floor surfaces, which are very durable and comfortable even for bare feet and extend far over the sides of the boat. In front of the outboard engine there is a spacious storage space into which the boat's canopy can be easily folded.
Standard equipment includes an electric toilet, refrigerator, 16-inch Yamarin Q smart display, Navionics charts and soft deck coatings in open space. Optional equipment includes a second 16-inch display, heating or air conditioning, a bimini top or canopy, an open space table, a sun lounger and a bimini top for the bow deck.
