Rust removal/sanding of the viewing platform, stairs to the roof terrace and parts of the railing as well as new paint in white
Installation of three Bildge pumps incl. battery, water supply to the outside and automatic water detectors in the floor – pump in the interior + two pumps in the cavities below the terraces below
Renewal of waterproofing of facades on gable walls

Berth near Hamburg (Doveelbe) can be taken over
