Designed by Sam Manuard, the planing hull of the First 14 seeks the best compromise between stability and speed. The double daggerboard wells allows you to sail solo without the jib (back daggerboard and Cat rigging) or with two (forward daggerboard and set of three sails). With its canvas surface that can vary from 8.5 to 21.5 m2, the First 14 multiplies the possibilities and adapts to all levels of practice. Designed for the greatest diversity of crew size and weight, the cockpit multiplies the seat heights: on the longest edges, comfort is guaranteed. With its set of removable wheels, the First 14 affirms its goal down to the smallest detail: to simplify sailing to the extreme.
