The Arrogance 50 project was, for the time, one of the most ambitious in Italian sailing. The comparative analysis carried out in the tank for the calculation of the waterlines, the rudder profile, the mast and all the structural parts produced a mathematical model so surprising that it was possible to create a boat with an efficiency 30% higher than that of the competition at the time, confirming a substantial superiority of the hull in terms of relative and absolute performance. This is how the Arrogance 50 Citation was born: a 15-meter first-class sailboat with the unmistakable lines of a thoroughbred boat. With an extremely elegant and refined shape, Citation has the technological and sporting content of a large racing boat, combined with a neat and comfortable interior layout: a spacious saloon, a functional galley, a large chart table, three double cabins and three bathrooms, all without giving up all those sophisticated details that make up the class of a true "first class"
