This 2016 Dufour 412, bought new and operated by a renowned sailing school in Antibes, benefits from impeccable maintenance and exceptional technical follow-up. Between 2023 and 2025, it underwent a very important preventive maintenance, including a complete refit of the engine, a complete replacement of the standing rigging, a modernization of the electronics as well as numerous structural renovations.

The boat offers a 3 double cabin configuration with a convertible saloon, a spacious and functional bathroom, as well as a warm interior typical of Dufour. All the inner cushions are new under covers, offering impeccable comfort. Ventilation and light are provided by numerous windows, including the one in the forward cabin that was recently replaced.
On the sailing side, this Dufour 412 is equipped with a complete and recent set of sails: full batten mainsail 2023, genoa 2023, asymmetrical spinnaker 2022 and breeze sail on jettisonable forestay. The 55 HP Volvo engine was completely overhauled and dismantled in 2023/2024, ensuring optimal reliability. The J-Prop Folding Three-Blade Propeller was overhauled at the factory in 2024. The live works are in perfect condition, the antifouling dates from June 2025 and the last full service was carried out in November 2025.
