The houseboat ‘WATERLOFT’ is a product of the Nautilus shipyard in southern Berlin and was completed and launched in 2025.
This luxury boat of the type ‘Vagabund 43’ was configured and built according to individual wishes. Attention was paid to ensuring versatile and variable use with a high degree of privacy. The special features of this houseboat architecture are:
• Two separate, fully equipped bathrooms with shower and WC
• Two bedrooms with access to the rear terrace
• Large saloon with dining table for 6 people, cosy corner sofa and rotating wood-burning stove
• Large bow deck with access to the roof terrace
• Large roof terrace with lounge box (L4.50m x W2.00m)
• Lounge box, storm and weatherproof, locked by an electrically height-adjustable roof for versatile use and/or as storage space

• Catamaran construction made of seawater-resistant aluminium with hydrodynamic bow section, rounded foredeck terrace and motor mount for two motors
