The vessel is currently stored ashore in a shipyard. The hull has been stripped of its antifouling, washed, dried, epoxy coated, sanded, and four layers of epoxy applied. The deck has been stripped of its teak, sanded, epoxy coated, then painted with a non-slip coating, and its watertightness checked. All seacocks and valves have been replaced, and the hull epoxy coated, sanded, then three layers of white polyurethane applied. All damaged portlights have been refitted, and the interior varnish is being refurbished. Interior lighting has been refitted with low-energy LED. Reading glass replaced. Hydro lubricated ring replaced. Auto radio and interior and exterior speakers replaced. The steering system has been made more reliable by the installation of stops.
