There is a surprising amount of space and comfort on this houseboat. Because of the clever layout, spacious superstructure, large sliding doors and fine outdoor space including a large roof terrace.

The base consists of a frame of galvanized steel. Equipped with catamaran floats (HDPE) and with a basement box where many things can be stored. The houseboat has a living area of over 51 m²and has a spacious roof terrace of 24 m².

Plenty of natural materials have been used. Therefore, the design with lots of wood fits beautifully into nature, as you can see in the pictures. Sustainability and self-sufficiency is achieved by, among other things:

Watermaker which filters water from nature to drinking water.
The toilet is a dry toilet and nothing harmful is discharged into nature. (You can also choose a combustion toilet)
The wastewater is processed through the IBA system with three compartments, the first for grease separation and soap residues, the 2nd tank is aerated with 600L of air per hour, together with bacteria that takes care of cleaning. The 3rd tank filters out all residues and discharges the water clean to surface water. This process is completely biological and requires limited maintenance.

Surla Tender: If the boat goes into charter an aluminum Surla tender will be required with the boat, which is the transportation to and from the boat when she is anchored.

Catamaran Hull. HDPE Polyethylene Floats. Steel platform/frame is 14.85 by 6 meters.
Bow and stern thruster. In the middle is a Polyethylene tub of 10 by 2 and deep 1 meter in which all pipes and tanks are incorporated and which can also serve for storage.
The boat has gangways of about 50 cm wide finished with hardwood.
The boat has standard spud poles suitable for Dutch inland waters.

The houseboat is fully sustainable in both construction and use: Only sustainable materials were used in the construction and manufactured using the most advanced techniques. The houseboat is 100% ecological* and self-sufficient. It is possible to recreate on the water without the use of utilities from April to October. Connection to electricity or clean drinking water is therefore not necessary.
