With Van de Stadt's construction plans and the delivery of steel parts as a kit, the self-construction was carried out in a hall. During construction or removal, the owner paid particular attention to the arrangement of the inspection openings and to the fact that all built-in parts were as easily accessible as possible, also with a view to later repairs.
