This Swedish-sold example from 2018 has only had one owner since new and is in very good condition with a high level of equipment and well-documented history.
The Princess 49 was developed from the ground up for Volvo Penta IPS, and the combination of the well-balanced hull and dual IPS700 provides a comfortable and efficient ride with performance up to 35 knots. Joystick control at both the lower helm and flybridge, complemented by Yacht Controller, makes the boat very easy to handle in port – even with a small crew.
Onboard, it is primarily the layout and the generous spaces that distinguish the model. The galley is located aft in the bright saloon and opens directly to the cockpit, creating a natural and cohesive social area. The flybridge offers additional ample space for both socializing and sunbathing, with good visibility from the upper helm station. Below deck, there are three well-planned cabins with the large full-beam master cabin amidships as one of the boat’s true highlights. Together with the two guest cabins, the 49 offers living comfort and a sense of space that makes it well-suited even for longer stays onboard.
This particular example has had the same Swedish owner since delivery in 2018 and has been continuously serviced, maintained, and winter-stored at an authorized Volvo Penta workshop. The boat’s excellent condition and extensive documentation reflect careful ownership, making this a very attractive example of the Princess 49 Fly.
