For sale is a well-maintained Sirocco 28 built in 1985 – a solid, shipyard-built motor sailer with good sailing characteristics, a protected wheelhouse and a particularly practical space concept.

The Sirocco 28 combines the advantages of a motorboat with those of a classic sailing yacht. In addition to the inside steering position in the wheelhouse, a second helm station with tiller and throttle lever is available in the open aft cockpit. Without a mast, the ship can also be used very well as a motor yacht for inland waters.

With a length of approx. 8.25 metres and a width of approx. 3.05 metres, the motor sailer offers an astonishing amount of space. The wheelhouse has a cosy dinette and allows for excellent all-round visibility. In the foredeck area are the galley, the washroom, numerous cupboards and storage compartments as well as the sleeping places. A total of four fixed berths and two additional sleeping options are available. The headroom of approx. 1.95 metres ensures pleasant living comfort.

The boat is powered by a Volvo Penta diesel engine with 36 hp and saildrive. According to the owner, the engine was completely overhauled in 2024 and has approx. 2,245 operating hours. With a fuel tank of approx. 150 litres and a water tank of approx. 200 litres, the Sirocco is also well equipped for longer tours.

The equipment includes a shore power connection, battery charger, pressurized water system, refrigerator, two-burner propane gas stove, radio/CD system, compass, log, position lighting and a Autohelm 3000 self-steering system.

Additional comfort is provided by an Eberspächer diesel hot air heating system. This is available, but requires maintenance. In 2025, new hatch windows were installed in the foredeck and above the helm station.

The masttop rig with aluminium mast, mainsail and genoa allows relaxed cruising sailing. A tonneau cover with three removable window sides protects the cockpit. Swimming ladder, cockpit table, plough anchor and the harbour trailer included in the offer round off the equipment.
