This Catana 47 Carbon N°44, a most renowned performance design by Christophe Barreau, combines outstanding sailing abilities with structural rigidity, single-handed capability, and impressive onboard comfort. The performance cruiser sailed two full Atlantic Circles and came back into the Mediterranean in 2025, bringing her owner and Family safely home. She is perfectly equipped for a safe and comfortable life aboard on long voyages. This Catana 47 Carbon has never been chartered out, but only been sailed by her current owner and her previous owner. The water maker, solar panels and lithium batteries make the boat independent of shore power and drinking water from land. Aquila returned from her Atlantic circumnavigation with the owner and his family at the end of August 2025. All equipment, except for the familys personal belongings, remains aboard. In particular, the full safety equipment required by the ARC management is on board. The galley is fully equipped. A large assortment of spare parts is available. The engines and sail drives are completely overhauled in 12/2025. A superb design in mint condition that is fresh and ready for the next blue-water adventure.
