2015 Prestige 450 Fly Seven Senses
The Prestige 450 Fly Seven Senses combines the spaciousness and comfort of a much larger motor yacht with the ease of handling and efficiency expected from a modern 45-footer. Extensively upgraded in 2025, she is presented in excellent condition and benefits from a comprehensive list of recent mechanical and onboard system improvements.
Propulsion is provided by twin Volvo Penta IPS500 engines (370 hp each), newly installed in 2025 and showing only approximately 100 engine hours. She is also equipped with a Fischer Panda generator from 2025 with just 10 operating hours. Additional upgrades include a lithium battery bank, inverter, two Mastervolt Mac Plus charging units, bow thruster, joystick docking control, underwater lighting, updated navigation electronics at both helm stations, a reversing camera, stainless-steel davit, water maker, and new upholstery across the flybridge, cockpit and foredeck.
Outdoor living is one of the yacht's greatest strengths. A teak-laid swim platform provides convenient access to the cockpit from both sides, while the integrated transom garage offers practical storage for a deflated tender. The aft cockpit is fitted with comfortable seating around a dining table, creating an inviting space for alfresco meals. Forward, the foredeck features a large triple sun pad, perfect for relaxing at anchor. The flybridge is equally impressive, with the upper helm positioned forward alongside an additional sunbathing area, while the aft section offers a spacious lounge with generous wraparound seating for family and guests.
Inside, wide-opening glass doors create a seamless transition between the cockpit and the bright, contemporary saloon. A new air-conditioning system, installed in 2025, provides climate control throughout both cabins as well as the main living area. The galley is ideally positioned between the cockpit and saloon, making entertaining effortless, and is fully equipped with a three-burner gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Opposite, the comfortable seating arrangement includes a dining area to port and an additional lounge to starboard. The lower helm offers excellent visibility together with an ergonomic helm seat and logically arranged controls.
The accommodation layout has been designed to maximise privacy, with each cabin reached via its own separate staircase. The full-beam owner's suite is located midships and benefits from large hull windows on both sides, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The athwartships king-size berth allows uninterrupted views outside, while additional features include a vanity desk, seating area and extensive storage. The private en-suite bathroom is fitted with an electric toilet, washbasin and separate shower.
The forward guest cabin is accessed independently from the helm area and offers a spacious double berth together with generous storage. Its in-suite bathroom includes a washbasin, electric toilet and shower, and can also be accessed from the companionway, allowing it to function as a convenient day head.
With extensive 2025 upgrades, exceptionally low engine and generator hours, generous exterior entertaining areas and a practical two-cabin layout, Seven Senses represents a particularly well-equipped and highly desirable example of the Prestige 450 Fly.
