WORKS/REFIT:
1) bearings and shaft. The shafts have been pulled in 2018 and seal renewed. Last summer in 2021 just the brackets cutlass bearings were done. For 5k euro
2) all exterior cushions/upholstery: 20k in parts and manpower.
3) front deck tent + carbon poles and poles' sack: 8k in parts and manpower.
4) interior refit/update: nearly 100k in parts and manpower.
Everything has been renewed. The carpet alone is 280euro/sq mt. Flexform sofas 22k. White leather only was 8k. Dining table with chairs nearly 25k.
Plus the woodwork forniture jobs which was also a main part of the whole thing.
5) new glass/hard top: 15k in parts and manpower. Stainless steel + sunrays sheltered glass.
6) tender: 20k in 2017
7) antifouling and travel lift (to be, may 2022): 5k
8) anods (to be, may 2022): 1.5k
9) polishing (to be, may 2022): 5k
10) new chains, ancorsand barboteins: 16k
11) engines and generators services (to be, may 2022): 8k
12) hull peeled down to zero in 2017
