Edership Trawler 39 (1985) For sale

Vintage boat built in Taiwan on Edership project with a thick polyester resin hull and fine finishes with stainless steel portholes, handrails and external finishes in teak with excellent maintenance, teak windows with tempered glass and interiors all in teak.
The boat is in excellent aesthetic condition and perfect operating conditions of the engines and all the equipment on board. All annual servicing and maintenance have been carried out.
The hull has been coated with 3M film and is still in perfect condition. The hull underwent a complete sandblasting in 2014 and preventive anti-osmosis treatment (the boat never showed signs of osmosis).
The exterior and interior roominess of this trawler is enormous considering its size. Externally there is a flying bridge of over 7 m2 with sundeck, sofas and helm station. At the stern is the almost 14 m2 cockpit. The entire deck and fly have recently been covered in Permateek, a synthetic teak of great aesthetic effect and no maintenance.
The interiors have a forward cabin with a French double bed and bathroom with electric toilet and sink, a dinette that can be converted into a double bed and an aft master cabin with a double bed, bathroom with electric toilet and sink and shower compartment. The aft owner's cabin must be completed according to the needs and tastes of the owner. The cabin has a 160x200cm full size canopy bed all made of teak with semi-new memory mattresses.
All the systems are fully functional and recently built. The water system was completely redone in 2020 with new 800-liter tanks, new insulated pipes and also includes the pumping of salt water in the kitchen and on an external socket. The black water plant dates back to 2018. The toilets can discharge directly into the sea or into a 100-litre tank equipped with a drain pump. There are two nautical air conditioners. One serves the saloon and forward cabin while the other also serves the saloon and aft cabin. The boat is equipped with a 5 kW diesel heater connected directly to the tanks and equipped with ducts and vents for distribution in the cabins and in the saloon.
Seacocks and filters are recently replaced and in perfect condition. The propeller shafts were replaced in 2011 and the seal is with Volvo boot that has never shown the slightest dripping. The coupling to the motors is equipped with an elastic coupling.
At cruising speed and driving on the flybridge, the noise of the engines is barely perceptible as the exhausts are positioned below the aft platform.
The navigation range is over a thousand miles without refueling in consideration of the very low consumption and the capacity of the diesel tanks. In practice, you refuel only once a year.
The general condition of the boat is excellent and it is ready at the buoy thanks to the owner's obsessive care.
